    Get matched with crafters

    Vetted makers in your area review your project and submit bids.

    • Each bid includes price, timeline, and the crafter's approach.
    • Browse portfolios and reviews before responding.
    • Most projects get their first bid within 24 hours.

    Step 03

    Pick your maker

    Message crafters, ask questions, and accept the bid that feels right.

    • Your payment goes into escrow when you accept. The crafter doesn't get paid until you accept the final piece.
    • No long contracts. You can pause or cancel before work begins.

    Collaborate on the build

    Stay in touch as the piece comes together. Share sketches, approve milestones.

    • Five free change requests per project. Additional changes are priced upfront.
    • Progress photos and updates land in the app, not your inbox.

    Inspect the piece when it arrives. Approve to release payment, leave a review.

    • If something's wrong, we mediate. The escrow protects you until you're satisfied.
